What began in 2019 with just two people has now grown into a spirited team, united by a common mission to drive fintech innovation for Bharat.<br/><br/><b>Problems we are solving :</b><br/><br/>Lack of Awareness : Many consumers, especially those in Tier 3/4 cities, are unaware of how to improve their CIBIL score and the credit solutions available for the same.<br/><br/>Reaching Bharat : Consumers in Tier 3 & 4 cities often struggle to access essential financial services and opportunities due to limited reach and availability from financial institutions and banks.<br/><br/>Trust : The trust deficit in rural areas hinders the adoption of modern fintech solutions, creating barriers to financial inclusion.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Own the design and implementation of AI-driven workflows to boost productivity across teams.<br/><br/>- Start with QA : build pipelines that take PRDs generate test cases convert to automated test scripts integrate with CI/CD.<br/><br/>- Expand to other functions (Dev, Product, HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing) with reusable AI-driven automation patterns.<br/><br/>- Work closely with engineering, product, and QA leads to identify high-impact automation opportunities.<br/><br/>- Balance experimentation (POCs) with production readiness (scalable, maintainable systems).<br/><br/>- Translate product requirements, QA docs, and workflows into AI-powered automation pipelines.<br/><br/>- Develop prompting, evaluation, and orchestration flows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom).<br/><br/>- Connect LLM outputs to real systems (e.g., generate Playwright/Selenium tests, integrate with GitHub CI/CD).<br/><br/>- Set up evaluation + monitoring for AI workflows (accuracy, reliability, cost).<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand AI use cases beyond QA.<br/><br/>- Build internal AI tooling that other engineers and business teams can reuse.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/>2-4 years total experience : <br/><br/>- 1-2 years in SWE (backend, full-stack, or QA automation).<br/><br/>- 1+ years applied AI/LLM experience (side projects, open source, or production use).<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with at least one QA automation framework (Selenium, Playwright, Appium, etc.).<br/><br/>- Comfort with Python/Java/JavaScript and modern dev practices (Git, CI/CD, cloud).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).<br/><br/>- Ability to think end-to-end : from prototype to production.<br/><br/>- Startup mindset : scrappy, hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity, bias for shipping.<br/><br/>- Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment<br/><br/>- Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross functions.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
