<p><p><b>Location :</b> Pune, India.<br/><br/><b>Work Mode :</b> 5 Days Work from Office.<br/><br/>Zywave is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in .NET technologies, API architecture, and Ocelot API Gateway.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive technical excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable and secure API solutions within a microservices ecosystem.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade APIs using .NET Core/.NET 6+.<br/><br/></p><p>- Architect and implement API Gateway solutions using Ocelot for distributed systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and QA to define and deliver technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, testing strategies, and deployment processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide sustainable solutions across the API stack.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously optimize performance, scalability, and security of the API infrastructure.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose tools or frameworks that add value.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership capacity.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, and RESTful API development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience with Ocelot API Gateway and microservices architecture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of API security standards such as OAuth2 and JWT.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.<br/><br/><b>Mandatory Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- NET Technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- API Architecture.<br/><br/></p><p>- OAuth2 / API Security.<br/><br/><b>Good-to-Have Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- AWS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ocelot API Gateway.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
