Job description

About ANSR: ANSR is a market leader in enabling organizations to build, manage and scale global teams through Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

We provide full life-cycle services including GCC design, set up and enabling operations.

We operate in supply-rich locations like India, Central and Eastern Europe, South America, Canada, and Southeast Asia.

Lead the execution of TA programs and practices related to workforce planning/management in ANSR.

Partner closely with senior stakeholders across different internal functions to define & lead strategic initiatives that can support the achievement of business goals.

Work with functional TA teams to drive operational excellence, adopt data-driven decision making and implement best practices.

Highly Metrics-driven individual with team-handling experience.

Driving the full spectrum of supply management from a COE standpoint.

Identifying and partnering with external providers / vendors / partners as required to ensure hiring needs are met.

Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

Establish best practices around sourcing function
