Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the Brand Manager will help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies and will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.Key Responsibilities:1. Brand Strategy Development:Analyze our brand positioning and consumer insights to gain a comprehensive understanding of our market standing.Contribute to the development of the brand strategy, which includes the establishment of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for both short-term and long-term planning.2. Marketing Execution:Plan and execute all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media to reach a wider audience.Oversee the design and execution of brand and project related collaterals and activities to ensure consistency.Plan and implement BTL activities such as direct mail, telemarketing, and sales promotions, events, expo, conferences, conclave etc. to target specific customer groups.Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels like SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, and WhatsApp marketing to enhance our online presence.3. Performance Analysis:Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy for our owned digital channels, including website, email marketing, mobile app, and other owned properties. Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and targeting strategies to drive revenue and maximize ROI.Collaborate with performance agency for the timely execution of the campaigns and keeping track of the spending to ensure budget efficiency.Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across owned channels. This includes managing campaign budgets, bid strategies, ad placements, and creative assets. Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve results.Identify opportunities to enhance website and landing page conversion rates. Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement A/B testing, optimize user experience (UX), and reduce friction points in the customer journey.Utilize web analytics tools and attribution models to measure and track key performance metrics across owned channels. Generate regular reports on campaign performance, revenue trends, and customer behavior, and provide actionable insights for optimization.Develop and execute Email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversions, optimizing email templates, subject lines, and content for improved performance.Evaluate the effectiveness of ATL/BTL campaigns and make necessary adjustments to improve ROI.4. Collaboration and Management:Collaborate with sales, design, legal & procurement teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective collaborations.Coordinate with creative agencies for the marketing collaterals and other production materials to maintain quality, consistency and timely delivery.5. Market Trends:Stay updated with the latest trends in the real estate market and digital marketing landscape to keep our strategies current and effective.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field. A master’s degree would be a plus.Proven experience in brand and performance marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.Strong understanding of Above The Line (ATL), BTL, and digital marketing strategies.Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Strong leadership and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6+ years of experience
