<p>Position : Clinical Data Analyst EPIC Clarity<br/><br/>Location : : 3+<br/><br/>Job Description :<br/><br/>We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Data Analyst to join our team and support our Epic Systems implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare data analysis and proficiency with Epic Systems software.<br/><br/>The primary responsibilities include : <br/><br/>- Analysing clinical data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. </p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborating with clinical staff, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define data needs.<br/><br/>- Designing and developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.<br/><br/>- Configuring and maintaining Epic Systems modules related to clinical data management, such as Clarity and Caboodle.<br/><br/>- Providing training and support to end-users on Epic Systems functionality and best practices for data analysis.<br/><br/>- Participating in system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization projects to ensure the integrity and accuracy of clinical data.<br/><br/>Qualifications :<br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, computer science, or a related field.<br/><br/>- Must have Certification in Epic Systems (Clarity data model/ cogito/ caboodle) strongly preferred. <br/><br/>- EPIC Clarity certification Mandatory<br/><br/>- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Epic Systems software in a healthcare setting.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use, preferred</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
