About Us:Taradevi's Enclave is promoted by a set of investors / first gen entrepreneurs who all are ex-corporate professionals/bankers. Promoters have curated many sites in Shimla and other parts of North India with aggregate development potential of ~ 40 lac sq ft. We are targeting a new launch every 6 months with Taradevi's Enclave being one of them. We are building team, across verticals and levels, in accordance with these targets. Senior professionals joining us may please be prepared to do heavy lifting in the beginning as you will be building the people and process (read ERP implementation) from scratch, well almost. In Sales & Marketing, we have openings for General Manager at multiple locations - Shimla (Himachal Pradesh), Gurgaon (Delhi NCR) and Mohali (Punjab and Haryana).Key Responsibilities:Working closely with the promoters
Managing entire sales function for the given region, i.e., from strategy to execution, resource optimization & sales maximization
Implementation of ERP
Building and managing team
Cross functional collaborationRequired Skill Sets:· Management graduate from a leading B-School
· Proven track record and experience (10 year min preferred) in a similar role in Real Estate players
