The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing growth marketing strategies, analyzing marketing campaign performance, managing projects, monitoring web analytics, and implementing marketing automation.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.Manage acquisition and retention marketing across platforms and channels.Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesManage CRO, A/B testing and create user funnels.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnelsEvaluate emerging technologies.
