Hello network...excited to share a challenging job opportunity for the position HR Recruitment Exe/ Sr HR Recruitment Executive where you can showcase your Talent Acquisition skills for our multiple reputed clients operating in IT / Non IT Sectors at a PAN India level.Job Location - Bandra (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra.Job Responsibilities -Strong abilities in sourcing, screening, references, and head-hunting as a medium to identify potential candidates and hire candidates for permanent / temporary positions in client firms.Understanding the client’s requirements and providing the best candidate. Client Handling, Salary Negotiation, Executive Hiring, Team Management. Recruit candidates from all levels ranging from Junior Level to Senior Level. Actively work on the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, various job portals, job posting, mass mailing, referrals, LinkedIn, and other strategies. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.Building a strong relationship and rapport with the HR Manager of the client firms or organizations for a smooth recruiting process. Collaborate with HR Manager on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.Qualification & Experience -Graduate from any stream. MBA / Diploma in HR preferred.Minimum 2 years of Proven work experience as a Recruiter.Prior experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle as a recruitment executive.Adequate familiarity with all HR procedures (e.g., hiring, sourcing, coordination, negotiating, talent acquisition, etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent interviewing and consultation skills. Proficient in working with candidates and providing pre-interview screening and consultation.Experienced in Volume/Mass Hiring, and Niche Skill Hiring for Pan India.Indian experience in handling IT and non-IT requirements. Good experience with campus recruitment and off-campus Off Campus Hiring.Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Prior experience of working in similar recruitment industry would be a added advantage. CTC Range - Up to INR 5.0 LPA
