Job Objective
The position involves assisting the Head of Sales (North America & LATAM) at ACG Capsules. Responsibilities include data analysis using tools like Power BI, helping to prepare for strategy meetings, contributing to digital transformation initiatives, assisting in budgeting and business planning.Primary Responsibilities
· Generate and scrutinize information for Sales Head to help take timely actions and decisions
· Follow up with external and internal stakeholders to ensure that deadlines are met, and key milestones are achieved
· Aid in organizing associate deployment for imminent projects
· Track statutory compliances, assist in review and escalate to Sales Head, as required
· Track all visit reports, assist in review and escalate to Sales Head, as required
· Collect, analyze and report pivotal information pertaining to Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Complaints, Outstanding etc.
· Undertake occasional customer visits independently or alongside the Sales Head
· Collaborate with Sales Head to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies
· Any other work as assigned from time to time by Sales HeadRequirements
· Graduation and MBA in Pharma / Marketing
· 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
· Ability to operate with precise instructions and limited supervision
