Job description

Job Role: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Trainer)

Type: Contract - Fully Remote/Part Time(half day- 3- 4hrs per day)

Start date: Immediate/ ASAP

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with a strong background in end-to-end implementation and functional training .

The role requires a hands-on expert who can design, deliver, and facilitate module-specific training sessions for internal teams and clients — ensuring both functional understanding and practical application across Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

The ideal candidate will combine deep functional knowledge , excellent presentation and communication skills , and a passion for knowledge transfer to upskill HCM users, consultants, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured functional and end-user training sessions across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

  • Develop training materials, process documentation, simulations, and knowledge assessments .

  • Design and execute learning roadmaps aligned with organizational training needs.

  • Deliver both functional process and hands-on system configuration training.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve course content.

  • Support internal capability-building for new HCM functionalities and quarterly updates.

  • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure accurate, up-to-date training content.

  • Provide functional mentoring for consultants and client-side HR teams.

  • Lead train-the-trainer (TTT) sessions for client stakeholders.

Required Experience and Skills

  • 10+ years of overall experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (minimum 2–3 full-cycle implementations).

  • 3+ years experience as a Trainer / Coach / Knowledge Enablement Consultant .

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven experience in developing learning content, eLearning modules, and user adoption materials .

  • Ability to translate business processes into system training effectively.

  • Hands-on configuration experience and practical understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities.
