And we’re absolutely committed to building a culture where our people can do just that.We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Process & Improvement Analyst Reporting to the Director, Process Excellence, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mumbai- Vikhroli, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Operational Excellence department and its’ growth.ScopeThis role leads and executes KYC and Screening process improvement projects, identifying areas for enhancement, streamlining processes, workflows, and eliminating waste, as well as responding to changes coming from external sources (ie. regulatory, policy or procedural change). Leveraging Lean principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the KYC and Screening processes operate at their highest potential.Key Responsibilities & AttributesResponsible for the end-to-end project activities in relation to KYC and Screening initiatives.This includes:Collaborate with Commercial, Compliance and Operations to build a process inventory (current and target state)Work with operations to identify opportunities to migrate & embed processes & roles to Global Service CentrePlan and implement process improvement and policy change projects through business process reengineering, reinforce controls and establish a roadmap for longer term initiativesLead & facilitate process mapping workshops with Commercial, Compliance and Operations to capture As Is processes, identify bottlenecks, and design streamlined processesDrive & facilitate end-to-end process redesign and performance improvement through the identification and elimination of non-value-added activitiesDocument & align processes in line with regulatory requirements, process governance & frameworkDrive fact base analysis to identify insights on Commercial priorities, wasted efforts and opportunities for process efficiencyWork with relevant teams to determine how new technologies can support reengineering operational processesDesign and implement process measurement tools to track and report on the effectiveness of process improvementsIdentify and facilitate quick win initiatives to drive benefits realization, such as leading the migration of activities to Global Service CentrePartner closely with operational owners and key functional stakeholders to implement approved standardized processes and maximize efficienciesEnsure all process documentation are aligned with quality standardsMonitor information and trends to ensure process performance are achieving results and that services meet service levelsIdentify issues/risks and participate in problem resolutionDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource plans. Identify risks, issues, dependencies and manage resolution throughout the project lifecycleConduct project meetings and produce outputsManage project execution proactively and take ownership of project deliverablesEnsure adherence to process framework, governance and project management standards and templatesServe as a change agent and contribute to the continuous improvement cultureDetermine continuous improvement projects to pursue based upon organizational objectives and projected benefitsOthersOwn your professional developmentSupport colleagues with transformational growth and operational excellence as and when requiredAny other duties that from time to time may be considered appropriate by your line managerRelevant Experience / Qualification / Knowledge / Skills5+ years of work experience in a Project Management/Business Analyst capacity on Client Lifecycle related projectsDomain/SME knowledge of Client Due Diligence (KYC) and Screening requirements and processes is essentialProven experience working with Screening solution vendors, including the optimisation of screening results using a risk based approachStrong experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen), continuous improvement and business process reengineeringExperienced in change and improvement projects including process mapping and process re-design and implementationAble to overcome adversity/resistance to change and influence others to drive the highest resultsAdaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environmentVery good team player with distinctive communication skills and high interpersonal competence, high motivation, and positive work attitudeStrong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across various functions in the organisation.Capability to proactively figure out next steps and break through stalemate situationsHighly organized, attention to detail, excellent follow through skills and ability to work independently and motivate a teamExcellent presentation and communication skills, both in written and oral EnglishCompany Benefits:At our Vistra GSC office,we believe in putting our employees’ well-being first!
