Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced Produce Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in produce sales, with a strong understanding of supply chain management and market dynamics. The Produce Sales Manager will be responsible for coordinating with state-level Produce Sales Officers, creating market linkages, managing institutional sales, and building strong relationships with customers.Responsibilities: · Coordinate with Produce Sales Officers at the state level to ensure efficient selling of produce from Farmer Producer Companies (FPC) and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPO).· Develop and implement strategies to create market linkages and expand sales channels for our organic produce.
