About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will sell automation and IIoT solutions, bridging technical and business domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify leads, build pipeline, and manage full sales cycle.
  • Engage with clients to understand their challenges and propose solutions.
  • Present technical solutions, demos, proofs of concept, and ROI cases.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and close deals.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients, upsell and expand accounts.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • B.Tech + MBA.
  • 3–4 years’ experience selling automation / IIoT / smart manufacturing solutions.
  • Strong technical acumen in control systems, IoT, and automation concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in business development or solution sales.
