Roles & responsibilities:
· Provide visionary leadership to promote academic excellence, innovation, and research across all departments and disciplines of Liberal Arts.
· Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the university's reputation, academic programs, and student experience.
· Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and collaboration among faculty, staff, and students.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
· Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to support academic and administrative functions effectively.
· Build strong partnerships with industry, government agencies, and other educational institutions to promote research collaborations, internships, and employment opportunities for students.
· Represent University in national and international forums, conferences, and academic networks.
Requirements
· A doctorate degree in Liberal Arts or any relevant field.
· 20+ years of work experience in the educational sector as a Vice Chancellor in University including 5+ years of international experience.
· Complete knowledge of the educational guidelines, rules, and regulations
· Excellent academic background
· Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
· Good time management and organizational skills
· Strong leadership skills
· Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
· Impressive multitasking skills
