How would your role at Navi Look Like?
Chat process is a part of the Customer Experience team at Navi. This role will require you to:
Handling customer queries on Web Chat, also emails & outbound calls if needed
Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
Maintain the privacy of customer records and other financial details
Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner
Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team
Achieve agreed KPIs and Objectives
Adhere strictly to shift schedules
Adhere to laid down internal policies, procedures, and processes
Work collaboratively with the team
What are some of the good skills for this role?
1+ years of experience in customer support roles (Freshers with excellent writing skills & passion for working in customer service can also apply)
Proficiency in reading and writing English and Hindi is a must.
Experience in AMC chat is preferred.
Experience using Chat CRM tools like SalesForce/ Zendesk / One-Direct
Flexible to work in rotation Roster and potentially on weekends
